12. Apple App Store Terms

If you download or access our Apps from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • These Terms are between you and The Software Support LLC, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligations with respect to the App. Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses related to the App (including product liability, consumer protection, privacy, or legal compliance) are the sole responsibility of The Software Support LLC.

  • In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligations.

  • You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or third parties may have regarding the App or your use of it.

  • You must use the App in compliance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting” by the U.S. government, and you are not on any U.S. government prohibited party list.

  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
